Self-Care
I believe that self-care is a very important part of life. Any stage of life you are in, and any situation that you are going through can be made doable when your self-care is at it's best. During my own personal struggles and life challenges I have identified many tools that can be incorporated into your life that help with decreasing depression, anxiety and stress.
